Kendall Polan, sophomore, was named Player of the Year and first-team All-Ivy. This setter for Yale started all 24 matces, led the team to an Ivy League Championship, and earned 100 kills, 943 assists, 25 aces, 299 digs, and 33 blocks on the season. Polan set career-bests in assists, aces and blocks and led the League and ranked 46th nationally in assists. This is the second consecutive year Polan was named first-team All-Ivy, she was named Rookie of the Year in 2011, and she was a two-time Ivy League Player of the Week (Sept. 6 and Oct.
