Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the start time on the first day for paperwork/check-in.
Bring the following three completed forms:
Player Information , Wave Waiver/Release & USA Volleyball Waiver/Release.

Please also bring cash or a check made out to "EVBC" for $30

Please let us know in advance if there will be any conflicting days.
