Congratulations to WAVE alumni, Kelly Reeves and Karsta Lowe of UCLA who are the 2011 Division 1 Volleyball National Champions! The UCLA Bruins defeated No. 3 Illinois in four sets 25-23, 23-25, 26-24, 25-16 at The Alamodome in San Antonio, Texas this past weekend. UCLA finishes their season with an outstanding 30-6 record and wins the school's 108th National Championship. Kelly Reeves notched seven kills and 16 digs on the night, five of which were in the last set of the match. Reeves finishes the season with 237 kills (third highest on the team), 324 digs (second highest on the team), 60 blocks, and 15 aces.
