We are so excited to see you for an upcoming WAVE camp session! Please read carefully and see below for important information about our health & safety protocols and check-in instructions. We want everyone to be comfortable with what to expect for when you arrive.
If your plans have changed, please let us know ASAP (email kristen@wavevb.com), as our camp programs generally have a waiting list. Thank you!
Please remember to bring your own water bottle and snack if you need one.
Dropoff is no more than 15 minutes prior to your session’s scheduled start time to allow for set-up. Pickup is promptly at the end of each session.
Parents, at this time we are not allowing persons other than athletes to wait in line for check-in. Please park in the lot to allow your athlete to walk up, and do not walk up to the check-in line with your athlete. Both North and South indoor and sand facilities are closed for parent viewing at this time. Please do not assemble or watch through the North gym doors. Our restrooms are not available to the public.
*Ripple K-2nd grade parents: as an exception for our youngest campers – ONE parent or guardian may check-in their athlete and sit in the designated distanced chairs in the facility. Mask policy is per the below, and stay in the facility until the end of the session. Please, no other young children/siblings etc. allowed.
– Use hand sanitizer when entering, exiting and during water breaks
– Avoid touching your eyes, nose, or mouth with unwashed hands.
– Stay home if sick.
For all participants, entrants, and coaches, for all activities at WAVE North & South Gyms (Indoor Courts)
Masks are strongly recommended but not required for indoor activities. Face coverings are not required at outdoor beach training.
Please note, WAVE’s no spectator policy remains in effect at this time (exception for Ripple program, as above). Parents and spectators are to remain off of all WAVE training locations to ensure a dedicated, focused, and distraction-free training environment. Thank you for your cooperation as we continue to keep our families’ safety as our top priority.
Our Athletes Only Policy is in place to
