Training doesn’t happen in a month. Getting stronger, getting faster and reducing risk for injury is an ongoing process – otherwise we would all be professional athletes! It takes time and it takes commitment. Memberships are non-refundable as programming and our team are dedicated to helping your athletes play at the next level.

You may not attend sessions without signing up on MindBody. Classes will have a 3 athlete minimum in order to run. If classes do not reach a minimum of 3 athletes the class will cancel 90 mins prior to the session.
Please check the MindBody schedule before your session as classes are subject to canceling due to WAVE Volleyball facility use, gym maintenance, WAVE Volleyball travel schedule, etc. We will send out a cancellation notice to the email that is attached to your MindBody account.
Make-Up classes will be issued on approval by the Director of Agility & Strength. If your athlete would like a makeup class please email email@example.com.
