Director of Operations
Alyssa grew up in Murrieta, California and graduated from Murrieta Valley High School. She played club volleyball for 4 years at 951 Elite Volleyball Club. She then went on to play at The Master’s College, a small Christian school in Santa Clarita where she was the starting setter and team captain. After her sophomore season at The Master’s College, she transferred to the University of Kentucky where she was the backup setter for the 2013-2014 seasons.
During her two years at Kentucky she helped her team go to the NCAA Tournament and was named senior captain. She graduated from Kentucky with a degree in Elementary Education and is now attending graduate school for Organizational Leadership at Point Loma Nazarene University. While attending graduate school, she will also be an assistant coach for the Point Loma Volleyball team.
Alyssa loves seeing players not only grow and develop as athletes, but as people. She got to live her lifelong dream of being a Division I athlete and wants to inspire other players to do the same. She fell in love with coaching and learned a lot about volleyball from her coaches at Kentucky and hopes to pass that love and knowledge on to other young players. In her free time Alyssa enjoys relaxing at the beach, hiking, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
