Jeanne Reeves competed in volleyball and basketball for UCLA where she was awarded Volleyball All American and inducted into the UCLA Hall of Fame in 2000. Jeanne played on the 1984 USA Olympic Volleyball Team earning a Silver Medal. She played professionally in Italy, and won the Most Valuable Player Award in 1985.
Jeanne continued to play for many seasons on the women’s professional beach tours. She began her coaching career in 1986 as an Assistant for UCLA Women’s team. At UCLA she continued to coach for 6 years helping the team to win back to back NCAA Championships in 1990 and 1991. Moving to San Diego in 1992, she was an assistant coach for the 1996 USA Women’s Olympic Volleyball Team in Atlanta.
Jeanne brought her world coaching and playing experience to Wave Volleyball Club coaching her children Conner, Kelly and Jake.
