Paola joined the WAVE coaching staff in 2022. She graduated from Eastlake High school and then played Indoor and Sand at Mira Costa College in Oceanside. After Mira Costa, she transferred to Saint Mary's College in Moraga, CA where she competed on the Beach Volleyball Team.

Fun facts: Her favorite food is tacos. Her favorite athlete is Samantha Bricio.
