Haley start playing volleyball when she was 8 years old (Tampa Bay United Volleyball Club). Her playing history includes:
Won class 8A State Championship at Manatee High School in 2014 with younger twin sisters
Graduated from and played at Angelo State University with a degree in Interdisciplinary Studies.
Played beach and indoor at Louisiana Monroe while receiving a masters in Public Administration.
Won 2024 USAV Adult Nationals A Division

Haley believes in the use of strong communication and fosters an environment of collaboration and accountability while coaching.

Fun Facts: Haley is from a volleyball family! Her dad played in the Navy and on the AVP Tour, her mom played in college, and her younger sisters have won multiple USAV/AAU national championships.
