Our coach. Coach of the Year. ๐๐
Congratulations to our Director @brennandean on being named the AVCA 15U Coach of the Year! After leading WAVE 15 Brennan to the USAV 15 Open National Championship, this recognition is another reason to celebrate an unforgettable season.
Congratulations, Brennan! ๐๐
What do coaches see when youโre not in the play? ๐
In this episode of Canvas with Cole, weโre talking about the intangibles that matter in recruiting: how you support your teammates, respond to coaching, carry yourself on the bench, and represent yourself beyond the court.
As our @waveboysvb head into their first week of SoCal Cup, Cole shares an important reminder: your play is only part of the picture. Your attitude, effort, and character help coaches understand the teammate theyโd be bringing into their program.
Every opportunity to represent WAVE is an opportunity to show who you are. ๐
