Alana joined the WAVE coaching staff in 2026! She brings years of volleyball experience and a passion for helping young athletes grow. Prior tot WAVE, Alana coached at Coast Volleyball Club for 4 years. She has experience working with teams aged 12-16 on both the girls and boys side.

It's important to Alana that her athletes feel supported, encouraged, and valued. She aims to help players improve their skills, build confidence, and become strong teammates with a lasting love for the game.

Her playing experience includes:
- Club volleyball since she was 11
- 4 years of varsity indoor and 4 years of varsity beach at Classical Academy high school
- San Diego Christian College

Outside of volleyball Alana is a preschool teacher, and simultaneously is studying for her elementary teaching credential.
