Don joined the WAVE staff in 2026! He has coached both boys and girls volleyball since 2021. His coaching philosophy centers around developing athletes both on and off the court. He believes great coaching is about more than teaching skills - it’s about building confidence, accountability, discipline, and a strong sense of teamwork.

Don has played volleyball for more than 10 years and has enjoyed playing every position, with a specialization in libero. He enjoys both indoor and beach volleyball, but indoor is his favorite because of the team aspect and the energy that comes from working together toward a common goal.

Outside of volleyball, he enjoys traveling. His favorite place to travel to is Japan, and his favorite TV show is Ted Lasso.
