Indoor Girls College Recruiting Seminar

Join us for the annual College Recruiting Presentation, offered exclusively to WAVE players and parents. There will be a 30-40 minute presentation, with a Q&A session to follow. Topics will include NCAA Clearinghouse, recruitment process timelines, suggestions for contacting coaches, recruitment video process, creating a list of schools, and how WAVE’s services streamline the recruitment process.

The recruitment seminar presentation information will be tailored for our high school players. However, all WAVE families and players are invited and welcome. We want all our families to be informed about WAVE’s recruitment services, practices, and processes are so that families can be prepare for the future.

Indoor Girls College Combine for Uncommitted 15U-16U-17U-18U

We will be highlighting our athletes for college coaches’ evaluation throughout the day. Brennan Dean and Kevin Hodge, along with WAVE staff, will be running the combine so that college coaches can circulate and evaluate.

Please make sure to register online (free to current WAVE girls indoor athletes) so that we can share all of your information with college coaches.

We are looking forward to hosting this event for WAVE’s Athletes who are 2019-2022 Grad Years!

 

WAVE Beach Introduction

5:45pm-7pm

5:45-6:15pm – Introduction to WAVE Beach volleyball, beach tournament landscape including selecting events, partners and much more.

6:15-7:00pm – Recruiting seminar for those interested to learn more about becoming a future college beach athlete.

*Parents and athletes are strongly encouraged to attend together and may leave or start at anytime during the session.

WAVE Beach College Awareness & Competition

Tuesday, January 29
WAVE Sand Facility Bar Area
5:45pm-6:45pm

5:45-6:15pm – Discussion of the expectations for beach athletes who are committed or soon to be committed to play in college. We will discuss college coach requests, expectations and much more.

6:15-6:45pm – Information on how to navigate the Professional and National Competition landscape. BVCA and other National Championships bid processes and timelines.
*Parents and athletes are strongly encouraged to attend together.
