Congratulations to @madi_fields on being named a recipient of the American Volleyball Coaches Association 30 Under Thirty Award, a national honor given to a select group of young leaders who are making a lasting impact on the sport of volleyball.
The truth is, WAVE would not be the same without her. The long hours, the attention to detail, the way she shows up for athletes, families, and staff. SO much of what makes this place special happens because of the work she pours into it behind the scenes!!!!
