Haley joined the WAVE Coaching Staff in 2026! Born and raised in San Diego, CA, Haley shifted her sport of choice to volleyball in her
freshman year of high school and later earned 2021 NHSA Southern California Conference Champions as a senior. To strengthen her volleyball IQ, she joined La Jolla Volleyball Club and later with San Diego Volleyball Club under Coach Russ Bird. As a student-athlete, Haley played indoor, as a right-side hitter, and a split blocker in beach volleyball at San Diego Mesa College and completed two Associate of Arts degrees in Liberal Arts and Social Sciences with honors and Phi Theta Kappa membership. She enjoyed successful seasons while a SD Mesa Olympian, earning CCCAA Indoor State Champions in 2023, two-time PCAC Beach Conference Champions in 2022 and 2023, and was a representative in the Student Athlete Advisory Committee.

She graduated with honors (Cum Laude) from Bushnell University with a B.A. in Kinesiology in Coaching & Administration in Spring 2026 and served as the Associated Student Athlete representative for the Beacons Beach Volleyball program during her time in Eugene, OR. In her senior season as a split blocker, she was named Academic All-CCC NAIA Scholar-Athlete, and helped her fellow Beacons to the NAIA #9 national ranking and was ranked third on the team with a .556 winning percentage which is tied for the fourth-most wins in Bushnell school history. Haley’s goal is to empower her athletes with better confidence and skill improvement in a loving and motivational culture.
