Rose joined the WAVE coaching staff in 2024!

Originally from Merced, CA, Rose started playing volleyball at 5 years old. Her dad is one of the directors and founders of Twisters VBC, where she grew up playing club. Her very first team was 13-POWER, from there she went on to coach age groups ranging from 12-16 both power/elite and regional rankings. Rose was a setter/OPPO her entire career and is passionate about technical feedback and seeing immediate results.

Prior to WAVE, she coached at Twisters VBC, Smash VBC, and Coast VBC.

Rose likes to highly utilize her psychology degree and experience as a behavior therapist to combat mental obstacles preventing athletes to conquer their potential.
