John joined the WAVE coaching staff in 2024! In addition to coaching at WAVE is an Assistant Coach for the University of San Diego Women's Volleyball team.

Coaching Philosophy:
Seeing the overall growth in any student-athlete I come across, both as players and more importantly people, makes what I do so worth it. I believe in bringing 100% of what you have each day and that every day is another step closer to where you want to be.
