Justin is a WAVE alum and joined the coaching staff in 2023! He attended Sage Creek High School and continued on the play for Fort Valley State University.

His coaching philosophy is that every player should develop all volleyball skills and have the confidence that if needed, they could step into any position and be competitive.

Fun facts: During his 18s season at WAVE, his team placed 3rd at Nationals, and he's gone sky diving.
