Coaching Philosophy:
Rachel's coaching philosophy is rooted in the integration of the holistic athlete - encompassing mental skills, athlete identity, and physical/strategic elements. She believes every athlete learns differently and it's her goal to be the best mentor to their specific needs. Due to her background in sport psychology, along with her story of beginning as a walk-on redshirt to becoming a starter and All-American, she believe any athlete can cultivate the experience they dream of. Rachel aims to be the anchor and provide the resources to help them achieve their goals.
