Throughout her professional beach career, Sarah established herself as a top defender on the AVP Tour, leading in digs in 2018, and achieved significant success, including a 9th-place finish at the 2022 FIVB World Championships and an AVP title. This followed a stellar collegiate career at UCLA, where she secured back-to-back NCAA Beach Volleyball National Championships.
Simultaneously, Sarah has been actively involved in coaching for numerous years, demonstrating a commitment to developing athletes of all ages and skill levels. Her coaching experience includes:
- Extensive Clinic Instruction: Conducting numerous indoor and beach volleyball clinics for clubs such as Spiral Volleyball Club, AVP America, and RPM Sand Volleyball Club, catering to various age groups (12-18) and skill sets (all positions, defenders).

Having played multiple positions in indoor volleyball and specializing as a defender on the beach circuit, Sarah believes in the importance of versatility and comprehensive skill development. She emphasizes teaching players to competently pass, hit, set, and defend, understanding that the more positions an athlete can play and the greater their overall ball control, the more valuable they become to their team. Ball control is a cornerstone of her coaching philosophy. Sarah is excited to share the knowledge and experiences gained throughout her career and continues to gain in her professional journey, to help her athletes excel not only as volleyball players but also as individuals of strong character and exceptional teammates.
