Madison joined the WAVE Beach Staff in 2023! She played collegiately at Cal Berkeley from 2016-2020. Prior to coaching at WAVE, Madison coached at Santa Cruz Beach Volleyball Club & Aptos High School.

Aptos High School Girl’s Volleyball Varsity Head Coach (2021 Season)
• Led the Girl’s Volleyball program which included coaching the varsity team through weekly practice and competition, interviewing, hiring, and managing JV and Freshman coaches, and day to day communication with the Athletic Director
• Transitioned indoor program to beach program in wake of covid indoor restrictions
• Collaborated with league coaches, directors, and referees to assemble an inaugural league-wide beach season

Santa Cruz Beach Volleyball Club - Head Coach (Summers 2015-2021)
• Coached girls and boys of all skill levels from ages 10-18 in both practice and competition
• Led high performance training groups of 12 advanced girls (9th and 10 grade) with the goal of taking beginner skills and turning them into advanced skills to be ready for college recruiting (fall and winter 2020-2021)

Santa Cruz Beach Volleyball Club - “The Beach Club” Lead (Summer 2021)
• Oversaw and acted as lead head coach for “The Beach Club”, a segment of SCBVC summer training that consisted of weekly camps for intermediate players
• Managed 2-3 assistant coaches/week, created weekly practice plans and camp schedule, handled all administrative duties
